Prior to obtaining her current role, she worked for North Central Electric as the associate director and manager of events. Before joining the organization, Ms. Andvik served as an event and marketing manager for Burl Oaks Golf Club, where she worked between 2016 and 2018.
During the early stages of her career, Ms. Andvik gained valuable expertise in the field as a high-end sales representative for Anheuser-Busch Companies LLC, and an event coordinator, assistant event coordinator, and assistant coordinator for Target Field Events for the Minnesota Twins. Outside of her work, she contributes to her community in a variety of ways as a hockey coach through Chaska & Chanhassen High Schools and has spent many years assisting with the Minnetonka Youth Hockey Association. She also likes to dedicate time and monetary funds to a variety of charities each year. She remains abreast of ongoing changes in the field through her affiliation with Associations North, and Pi Beta Phi Fraternity for Women.
An expert in her field, Ms. Andvik completed coursework through the University of Minnesota, Duluth, and the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Subsequently, she became a certified food manager through the State of Minnesota and a certified beer server through the Beer Cicerone Program.
