Prior to her current role, Dr. Soldyshev worked as an anesthetist for Anesthesia Partners in 2011 and for The Great Falls Clinic in 2012, becoming and graduating fellow in the pain management program affiliated with the American Association of Nurse Anesthesiology at Hamline University in 2014. During this time, she also served as a pain provider and chief certified registered nurse anesthetist for Banner Health for 2014 until 2016. She continued her career as a certified registered nurse anesthetist for MAP Gottlieb in 2016.
To prepare for her career in medicine, Dr. Soldyshev studied at Kharkiv National Medical University in Ukraine in 1998 She earned a Master of Business Administration in international business from Kharkiv National University in 2004. Following these achievements, she attained a Master of Public Health from Washington University in 2007 and a Master of Science in anesthesia science from Webster University in 2011. She subsequently completed a fellowship in advanced pain management from Hamline University in 2014 and gained a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Barry University in 2018. Well-qualified in her field, she holds a national board certification and recertification for nurse anesthetists, and is associated with several professional organizations.
Looking to the future, Dr. Soldyshev intends to grow Prime Healthcare Agency in the Midwest and nationwide. Accounting for her success, she credits her hard work and dedication to her patients as well as her commitment to continuing education. Also dedicated to civil advocacy, she engages in medical mission trips and donates regularly to a charity for those who are in need in Kharkiv, Ukraine.
Dr. Soldyshev is looking into future medical mission trips to Ukraine and South America to serve those who are in need.
