As the chief executive officer of Valle Luna, Ms. Riddle oversees the marketing, finance, and human resources departments alongside her daughter, Joey White, the chief financial officer, and another staff member, Chris Espinoza who is the head of the human resources department. In conjunction with her work, she aligns herself with several entities in the area, including the Chandler Chamber of Commerce, the National Football Foundation's local chapter, through which she raises funds for high school athletes to attend college, and the Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce.
In light of her professional achievements, Ms. Riddle was named to the Alumni Hall of Fame for Business at Phoenix Junior College and received multiple leadership awards. Similarly, she earned the Golden Heart Award for Women in Business and was nominated for an Athena Award through the local chamber of commerce. While her career has been filled with highlights, she takes the most pride in keeping up with the industry by offering competitive pricing and high-quality food. Though hard work and dedication have brought her far, she credits her success to her family and the support of her husband. Looking toward the future, Ms. Riddle aims to see her eldest child, Reda, take over as chief executive officer in 2026 alongside her role as a Phoenix firefight/commander.
