Furthermore, on a professional level, Mr. Mendonca aligns himself with the Blue and Gray Education Society, the American Battlefield Trust, the Project Management Institute, and the Surface Navy Association.
Before embarking on his professional journey, Mr. Mendonca received a bachelor's degree in business administration and management from Averett University. Subsequently, he expanded upon his professional knowledge by earning a Master of Science in technology management from Texas A&M University and a project management professional certification. Throughout his career, Mr. Mendonca has achieved much, completing the inaugural fellowship program at CACI International and serving as a color bearer for the American Battlefield Trust.
While his career has been filled with highlights, Mr. Mendonca is most proud of implementing three new Navy ship classes and their corresponding systems and helping to secure more than $600 million in new opportunities. The cornerstone of his success lies in his military education, which instilled in him valuable leadership skills, as well as his mentors' guidance. In the next five to 10 years, Mr. Mendonca aims to obtain a vice president position, through which he can lead his own division.
