Celebrating a decade of success in her role as a risk analyst for Bank of America, Ms. Martin initially joined the banking institution in 1995 as a teller. Garnering progressive roles over the next 20 years, she rose to serve in a supervisory position from 1999 to 2001, as an assistant branch manager of military banking between 2001 and 2002, and as a customer service representative from 2002 to 2014.
In her latest role, Ms. Martin has become well-educated on federal regulations regarding what types of risks the banks can and cannot participate in. She also maintains a strong attention to detail, which has been critical to her success. Recognizing the importance of fostering a culture of exploration, Ms. Martin also notes the significance of providing proper guidance to ensure that all risks are tackled effectively. Aside from her main objectives, she actively mentors two associates and is committed to helping them as they progress in the field.

Involved in various civic, nonprofit, and charitable organizations, Ms. Martin is involved with Susan G. Komen for the Cure, the Thyroid Cancer Survivor's Association Inc., the Disability Advocates Network, the English Springer Rescue of America, and the American Brittany Rescue. Among other activities, she has been affiliated with various LGBTQ, veterans, and military organizations, including the Wounded Warrior Project. Additionally, Ms. Martin frequently volunteers at her church and is a member of several thyroid cancer Facebook groups.
Ms. Martin also maintains credentials as a licensed notary public in Florida since 2001.
Given her early success, Ms. Martin was selected as the second runner-up for Teller of the Year at Bank of America.
