He aims to implement remedial work for the beneficiaries, including states and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. He is most proud to have managed the Exide Environmental Response Trust, implementing millions of dollars to environmental good while transforming the involved sites into a beneficial area. Before joining PathForward Consulting, Inc., Mr. Collins began his career as a staff civil engineer with Kennedy Jenks Consultants in 2007 and became a project environmental engineer for Remediation Sciences in 2011. Following this time, he was a project engineer for Converse Consultants in 2012 and a civil engineer and certified project manager for Arcadis. Later that year, he took a role as a project manager for de maximis, Inc. and worked there until 2021.
To prepare for his professional journey, Mr. Collins earned a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from Seattle University in 2007. Following this achievement, he attained a Master of Science in civil and environmental engineering from the University of California, Berkeley in 2010. Eminently qualified in his field, he holds a professional engineering license in civil and environmental engineering from the State of California's Board of Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors and Geologists. Looking to the future, Mr. Collins intends to continue to grow and lead larger teams and projects to make a greater positive impact to the environment.
