But it wasn't until 2010 when Ms. Crawley was inspired to pursue a career in Healthcare Administration and obtain her MBA in Health Care Management. In 2018, she joined American Senior Communities as a customer care coordinator. Ever since, she has grown from strength to strength, serving in varying executive roles with such companies as Tranquility Nursing and Rehab LLC, American Senior Communities, Miller's Health Systems, and The Waters of Castleton Senior and Assisted Living. Drawing on years of expertise, Ms. Crawley presently excels as the executive director of Primrose Retirement Communities, LLC. By leveraging her expertise in personnel, finance, and operations management, she facilitates the operations of the entire building, oversees daily operations, including the overall budget, and reports monthly budgets to upper management.
Before embarking on her professional journey, Ms. Crawley earned a Bachelor of General Studies and Bachelor of Sport Management from Southeast Missouri State University in 2002 and 2003 respectively. A goal-driven, adaptable administrator, she expanded upon her considerable knowledge by earning a Health Facility Administrator license, which has been the highlight of her career thus far. Driven to remain abreast of changes in the field, she aligns herself with Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. The cornerstone of her success lies in remaining humble, family-oriented, and putting God first.
