Before her present role, Ms. Roget worked as a speech pathologist for thirty plus years and served as the regional director of operations for MBS Rehab in 2004 until 2011, when she became the vice president of clinical operations for KidsCare Therapy. She is most proud to have held a variety of clinical and management operations positions to bring a multi-faceted approach to her management duties.
Prior to embarking on her professional journey, Ms. Roget earned a bachelor's degree in communication disorders from the University of Arizona in 1981. Following this achievement, she attained a Master of Science in communication sciences and disorders from the University of New Mexico. Well-qualified in her field, she holds a certificate of clinical competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
