Drawing on over two decades of diverse expertise, Mr. Slivinski specializes in implementing and optimizing software tools supporting the procurement industry with a focus on Human Capital Management (HCM) environments. Along with implementation initiatives he leverages his certification in change management and focuses efforts on training and learning opportunities. Since 2021, he has found success as the Vice President of Client Services and Solutions at the Acro Service Corporation. In this capacity, he is responsible for new client implementations and continued client renewal adjustments, project oversight, and creating a structure where colleagues are equipped with the latest processes, protocols and information, team development and more. Prior to this role, Mr. Slivinski was active as a Customer Adoption Consultant at SAP Fieldglass from 2019 to 2021.
Mr. Slivinski initially began his vocation owning and operating SliStudio where he was the principal graphic designer from 2000 until 2007. Between 2007 and 2011, he garnered expertise as an Operations Supervisor at the First American Financial Corporation and an Associate Care Ambassador at the Adecco Group. Subsequently, he was involved with Pontoon Solutions, where he first served as a vendor management system and service provider Customer Support Specialist, followed by a post as Change Management and Training Manager from 2011 to 2017. Mr. Slivinski also contributed to DCR Workforce as the Director of Professional Services from 2017 until 2019.
Prior to embarking on his professional journey, Mr. Slivinski pursued an education at the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT). As a commitment to his field, he was certified in change management via Acuity Institute in 2014. Additionally, Mr. Slivinski was part of the exploratory committee at RIT, and he studied for a semester at St. Petersburg University in Russia.
Among his professional accomplishments, Mr. Slivinski is most proud of his opportunity to continually develop a diverse group of team members by setting team objectives and guiding resources to delivering key results. Reflecting on his career, he attributes much of his success to his flexibility, positive mindset, and perseverance.
