Prior to embarking on her professional journey, Ms. Grace pursued an education at Kansas State University, where she completed the international grains program. She continued her academic efforts at Regent University, earning a master's certificate in project management. As a commitment to her field, she has been active with several industry-related organizations, including the local Toastmasters International Club in her community. Likewise dedicated to civic advocacy, Ms. Grace contributes to various hunger relief programs in the United States.
Well-regarded for her contributions to the field, Ms. Grace has received numerous awards, including the Woman of the Year Award in 1993, the President's Food Aid Initiative Award in 2000, multiple Outstanding Performance Awards between 1990 and 2021, and several Achievement Awards. Among her professional accomplishments, she is most proud to have served as the only United States Department of Agriculture representative for the delegation forum of the Third United Nations Conference on the Least Developed Countries in Brussels, Belgium. Reflecting on a long career, she attributes much of her success to her strong work ethic, dedication, perseverance, resilience, and passion for personal development.
