Prior to starting his private career, Mr. Bender served honorably in the United States Army and National Guard starting in 2004 as a musician. Still in active service, he has served as a staff sergeant, assistant physical fitness coordinator, squad leader, section leader, NCOIC for performance teams, NCOIC of unit marksmanship, and musician.
While serving in the military, Mr. Bender began his career working in landscape maintenance from 2004 until becoming an inventory analyst for Menards in 2010. Following this time, he served as a production planner for Benteler Automotive in 2012, and joined Magna International as a resource planner in 2013. He continued his career as a materials manager for Coastal Automotive, LLC in 2017.
Prior to embarking on his professional journey, Mr. Bender earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in operations, purchasing and supply chain management from Central Michigan University in 2010. Following this achievement, he attained a Master of Business Administration in logistics, materials and supply chain management from the same institution in 2018.
Within the coming years, Mr. Bender intends to expand his company's services and further develop the consulting capabilities for materials and planning teams within automotive manufacturing. Additionally, he and his business partner are planning to expand Chrysler and Ford portal monitoring services to new country regions, to include China and parts of Europe.
