Originally intent on becoming a high school teacher, Mr. Davison quickly found that it wasn't the path for him. Subsequently, he pursued a practicum with the athletics director specializing in compliance at Western Oregon University, from which he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in physical education in 2002. Upon graduating, Mr. Davison gained valuable expertise in the field as the director of staff, group home manager, and licensing specialist for adults and children with developmental disabilities with the State of Oregon and as the director of licensing and quality assurance for Tavros Care.
Backed by years of experience in Oregon licensing regulations compliance, Mr. Davison presently excels as the owner and consultant for Inclusive Compliance Consultants. Driven to remain abreast of changes in the field, he furthered his education by earning a certification from the Oregon Department of Human Services Leadership Academy. Alongside his work, Mr. Davison contributes to his community through such organizations as The Giving Tree and the local elementary school.
