He also became a certified tour guide through the Las Vegas Tourist Guide Guild, where he served as a member of the board of directors.
Outside of his work, Mr. Dervishi dedicates himself to other alumni of Leadership Advance. In light of his outstanding body of work, he won a Diamond Award for his outstanding contributions to the Bellagio in 2016.
