A go-to expert in his field, he reviews due diligence materials, writes reports and provides legal advice and risk assessments, working alongside other experts in the firm. Outside of his work, Mr. Hagner contributes to his community through several nonprofit organizations and aligns himself with the Texas Bar Association and the New York Bar Association.
Due to his vast breadth of knowledge, Mr. Hagner has authored and co-authored numerous articles, including "Settlements with the Management Board in Germany" and "The Board's Role in Managing Ethics Risk," and gave numerous presentations on a variety of legal developments. In light of his outstanding body of work, Mr. Hagner has been honored in recent years with the Excellence in Corporate and Transactional Law Award through Lawyers of Distinction and a Certificate of Achievement in Federal Government Acquisition and Contract Management.
