Prior to establishing Renewable Energy Systems LLC, Mr. Hesher was employed by Dana Corporation and held positions in engineering, marketing, and management. He was also director of engineering for Colfax Corporation. During an earlier stage of his career, Mr. Hesher garnered success at Amcast Industrial Corporation as a mechanical engineer in research and development where he developed several trades secrets in the metal forming industry. He notably secured several U.S. patents during his career.
As an active member of his community, Mr. Hesher frequently participates in fundraising events to support worthy causes.
Mr. Hesher graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering in 1994. He later attended Indiana Wesleyan University, earning a Master of Business Administration in 2003.
