Mr. Kaiser began his career with CIBC World Markets as a Vice President, Equity Research in the investment dealer subsidiary. He subsequently worked in various high-level positions for Morgan Stanley, National Bank Financial, Paradigm Capital, and Desjardins Capital Markets.
Outside of his primary career endeavors, Mr. Kaiser served as the Chair of the German School-Toronto in Canada upon his return from the U.K. The school catered to expats and locals seeking to become educated following the German government curriculum. Mr. Kaiser was also on the board of the Baycrest Foundation's Pro Am Hockey Fundraiser for over five years. Recognized as an Alzheimer's research organization, it is the largest research group of its kind in Canada and one of the largest in the world.
Highly educated, Mr. Kaiser received a degree in French language and literature from the Université de Strasbourg (Louis Pasteur) in 1988, a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Accounting from McGill University in 1992, and a Master of Business Administration from INSEAD in 2000. He also received a designation as a chartered financial analyst through the Association for Investment Management and Research. Mr. Kaiser notably speaks four languages. Remaining aware of developments in his field, he is a member of the Association for Investment Management and Research.
In light of his accomplishments, Mr. Kaiser was named Top Chief Financial Officer in Toronto in Finance & Investing Magazine in 2023.
