Since joining Ferrell Law Group in 2014, Mr. Dillahunty has been responsible for overseeing the toxic torts division filing lawsuits, conducting discovery, participating in depositions and hearings, making court appearances, deposing experts, and conducting pre-trial motions and taking cases to trial. In addition to toxic torts, he also oversees the firm's personal injury division.

Mr. Dillahunty began his career as a law clerk for the Public Defender's Office of Fairfield County in 2013. He then joined Lubel Voyles LLP as an associate attorney in 2014 before being recruited to the Ferrell Law Group in 2014. During his first six years practicing law, Mr. Dillahunty has notably conducted depositions and hearings in 42 U.S. states, which is a huge accomplishment.
In his downtime, Mr. Dillahunty finds satisfaction in giving back. He actively assists Houston Volunteer Lawyers, a Houston-based nonprofit that provides legal representation for those who cannot afford services. Mr. Dillahunty helps by drafting and performing legal benefits to various needy individuals.
In preparation for his career, Mr. Dillahunty received a Bachelor of Arts in history, cum laude, from the University of Houston and a Doctor of Jurisprudence in civil litigation from Quinnipiac University.
