Mrs. Golden's husband began his career in business ownership in his early 20s. Among their shared businesses, they own and operate metal fabrication and finishing companies and real estate property in Memphis, Tennessee. Looking toward future opportunities, she is considering establishing additional Magnolia Soap & Bath Co. franchises or exploring a different business opportunity altogether. Mrs. Golden also aims to write a book chronicling her life story and the profound impact of God's work throughout her journey.
Earlier in her career, Mrs. Golden followed her passion and calling for ministry, having dedicated nearly a decade to serving as a member of her church's staff in Texas before relocating to Mississippi. Additionally, she found success as a fitness instructor.
Giving back to the community, Mrs. Golden's company, Magnolia Soap & Bath Company Co., has avidly supported various initiatives and contributed to numerous local organizations, including the Illuminations Center for Dyslexia in Meridian, Mississippi.
Mrs. Golden graduated from the University of Mississippi with a bachelor's degree in marketing and a minor in management. She also completed a master's degree in Christian education with a concentration in women's ministry from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Furthermore, Mrs. Golden received certification as a fitness instructor through the American Council of Exercise.
In light of her accomplishments, Mrs. Golden was a two-time award-winner of the Readers' Choice Award for Best Unique Business by The Meridian Star in 2022.
