Ms. Neill represents Morning Squeeze as the Director of Marketing and Business Development. As an expert in social media and management, she oversees the company's entire platform and marketing activities, including graphic design work. She also establishes partnerships with other businesses in the area, particularly hotels, handles all photography, and serves as a chalkboard artist, creating unique and creative artwork for their specialties at all of the company's locations. Ms. Neill joined the organization in 2018 as a server and rose to General Manager and Marketing Manager from 2019 to 2021.

Instrumental in the company's success, there were just two locations when Ms. Neill was hired on board, and they have since expanded by opening two more storefronts.
Ms. Neill has also found success as the owner of Socially Shea LLC since 2022. Critical to its establishment was her chalkboard artistry skills. As part of her services, she provides social media management and the creation of chalkboard art for three clients outside of Morning Squeeze. Looking toward the future, Ms. Neill envisions expanding her business to manage multiple accounts through her own agency. She hopes to continue working with local restaurants and businesses who need guidance on marketing, business development and social media management.
Ms. Neill frequently volunteers through Morning Squeeze, participating with various dog-related organizations. She has also partnered with the Purple Heart organization to support disabled military members, veterans, and their families.
An alumnus of Arizona State University, Ms. Neill received a bachelor's degree in communication and media studies in 2018. In light of her accomplishments, she received an Outstanding Leadership Award from the Marketing 2.0 conference in Las Vegas in 2021. She also garnered recognition in various Valley publications and such magazines as Fabulous Arizona, Voyage Phoenix and Canvas Rebel. Ms. Neill's success is predicated on the support and encouragement of her parents and brothers.
