Since 2008, she has focused her efforts on leveraging human potential for epic results, by enhancing leadership, clarity and communication. Ms. Geske-Peer authored "5 Senses for Success: Strategies to Thrive in Any Arena," which she published in 2021 with Kirk House Publishers to share her experiences in leadership, coaching and conflict mediation. Prior to her current role, Ms. Geske-Peer served as a research assistant for Bentz Whaley Flessner in 1991 and became a production researcher for the Charthouse International Learning Corporation in 1993. Following this time, she was a sales administrator for the Grist Mill Co. in 1994 and a research analyst for Creative Publishing International in 1996, taking a role as the director of competitive and market intelligence for Business Dynamics in 1998. She continued her career as a manager of client services for Questar in 2003 and worked as the senior director of prospect development for the University of Minnesota Foundation from 2008 until 2014.
To support her professional journey, Ms. Geske-Peer earned a Bachelor of Arts in communications from St. Catherine University in 1993. Following this achievement, she attained a Master of Arts in organizational leadership from the same institution in 2002. Well-qualified in her field, she is a certified executive coach, conflict coach, and emotional intelligence coach and she is also certified in extreme leadership. Additionally, she earned credentials as a professional trainer from the University of Minnesota and a C-IQ enhanced skills practitioner with The CreatingWE Institute, among other qualifications.
