In addition to her primary business efforts at Connections Consulting Partners, Ms. Lewis co-founded RecruitHERS in 2022 to empower working moms to pursue a flexible career transition into recruiting. Dedicated to servant leadership and community service, she currently serves on the board of directors for three non-profit associations. Ms. Lewis lends her expertise as the president of the board of directors for the Association of IT Professionals RTP Chapter, and has been a board member for Carolina Women+ in Tech RTP Chapter since 2022. She is also a coach for Dress for Success Triangle NC program for the past 6 years.
Before her present role, Ms. Lewis began her career in sales in 2003, as a sales and management trainee with Infinity Marketing and then became a management trainee with Enterprise Rent-A-Car in 2004. Following this time, she was an account manager for LiquidAgents Healthcare in 2005 until she moved to North Carolina in 2007 and then began her IT consulting sales career as a sales team lead and senior account executive for Resolvit in 2007, where she helped grow their customer base, revenue, profit, and expansion across U.S. and Latin American cities. She continued her career by moving into leadership positions as the director of consulting services with HireNetworks in 2015 and was the market director for the Eliassen Group in 2019 for 2 years. Ms. Lewis began her entrepreneurship in 2021 with the founding of Connections Consulting Partners.
Among her professional accomplishments, Ms. Lewis was honored with multiple President's Club Awards from Resolvit, and has received awards as a volunteer from the American Heart Association. She also recently received an Innovation Award from the New College Institute for her contribution to a Girls Who Game summer camp program. To prepare for her professional career, Ms. Lewis earned a Bachelor of Science in applied psychology from Ithaca College in 2003.
Within the coming years, Ms. Lewis intends to successfully grow her businesses, connections and talents. She enjoys helping others pursue careers that are aligned with their passion, values and growth goals, guiding them to be the best version of themselves by finding them a new opportunity, providing career coaching or offering personal brand coaching.
