Projecting a strong presence in her field, Dr. Hall has distinguished herself as an expert in psychology and family therapy. In her current appointment as the director of curriculum development and complex case management with Timely Care, she manages a team of counselors serving clients across 50 states, Puerto Rico and Washington, DC. Additionally, Dr. Hall actively advances program development and collaborates on the facilitation of counseling sessions. She also manages educational opportunities for the organization and consults on a variety of complex cases.

Most recently, she served as the executive director of mental health at TimelyCare, and she previously owned and was the acting chief executive officer of Family Christian Resources, an organization that provided seminars, instruction and focused client care. As the executive director of Richland Hills Counseling Center from 2002 to 2008, Dr. Hall capably supervised graduate students and contributed meaningfully to matters of both administrative importance and applied therapy for patients.

An abiding interest in mentoring, counseling and teaching, the latter inspired by her father's work as a professor, defines Dr. Hall's professional profile. Moreover, she is a prolific researcher who completed a comprehensive study of the resilience strategies of youth living on the streets of Kenya, and she offered an engaging seminar in Hungary. Dr. Hall is particularly gratified to have served on the board of Christian Works for Children, an organization that focuses on grief work and promotes adoption, since the late 1990s.
Dr. Hall attributes her success to personal resilience and faith, and she cites the positive influence and productive support of her family, especially her parents. She is humbled to have successfully taught the concept of resilience to care team professionals and providers, who in turn share their knowledge with college students. Looking toward the future, Dr. Hall plans to write and publish a book on resiliency, aimed particularly at adults and their approach to challenging situations.
