After inhabiting various leadership positions for many years, Mr. Lange retired from his professional duties, while continuing his 30+ years of service as a publicly elected member of the Bridgeport-Spaulding Community School District, which operates by the motto, "No Barriers, Just Possibilities." Mr. Lange is driven to utilize his professional expertise and tap into his Christian faith as demonstrated by serving as a member of the Saginaw Shiawassee Habitat for Humanity, where Mr. Lange focused on bringing others together to build homes, establish communities, and embody hope.
During the tenure of his career, Mr. Lange gained valuable expertise in the information technology field with such companies as DXC Technology, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, HP Enterprise Services, EDS, and General Motors. An expert in his field, he earned an Associate of Arts in Computer Information Systems from Delta College in 1977. Subsequently, Mr. Lange expanded upon his professional knowledge, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Systems from Ferris State University and completing a computer professional certification through the Institute for Certification of Computing Professionals. Throughout his career, Mr. Lange maintained and expanded his professional skills through numerous educational and professional engagements.
Driven to remain abreast of ongoing changes in the field of information technology, Mr. Lange aligns himself with the professional and educational standards of the Institute for Certification of Computing Professionals. Outside of his work, he also contributes to his community as an Eagle Scout with the Boy Scouts of America and former board member of the local chapter of Habitat for Humanity, where he served as the president for three years. In retirement Mr. Lange serves as part of the leadership team for the Hopevale church's "Can Do Crew," technical team, and other various faith-based engagements. As a licensed builder, one of his post-retirement projects includes serving as a volunteer construction site supervisor for a million-dollar expansion of a local women's homeless shelter.

In the coming years, he intends to leverage his professional experience and knowledge in the non-profit Christian ministry space. Ultimately, Mr. Lange aims to remain a dedicated follower and ambassador of Jesus.
