Since 2017, she has focused her efforts on assisting her clients with their taxes, working with bookkeepers on various issues and cleaning their books and determining why they are not aligned correctly. Before her present role, Ms. Kuba worked with the American Heart Association, Belkin International and Orange County National. She had also lent her expertise as a certified public accountant with Disney as well as Intuit. During her tenure with Disney, she built their Product Online Transmission Tool, which was nicknamed "Mrs. Potts" and chosen as the repository for all dining and tour events. Among her professional accomplishments, she was inducted to the Delta Mu Delta Honors Society and the Pacioli Accounting Society.
Prior to embarking on her professional journey, Ms. Kuba attended Alfred University and earned a Bachelor of Accounting from Elmira College in 1983. Following this achievement, she attained a Master of Accounting from the DeVry University Keller Graduate School of Management in 2016. She is a valued member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the National Society of Leadership and Success, and the National Dean's List. Ms. Kuba received the Southern Tier Scholar Award as well as several awards from the executives of Disney. These include the award for the Vacation Planners Reward Program and the Food and Wine Festival Reward for the creation of the Product Online Transmission Tool (Mrs. Potts). The tool, which she created in 2015 (with an update in 2016) is still in use today.
Within the coming years, Ms. Kuba intends to expand her firm and has recently accepted a managerial position at Intuit. She has served in multiple industries, including non-profit, public accounting, law firm accounting, manufacturing, hospitality and technology. This has afforded her the opportunities to gain a wealth of experience, leading to her outstanding success in the field.
