Since 2022, he has focused his efforts on the engineering and design of transmission and distribution substations and power plants from 4 to 500 kV. He is also involved in determining the scope of work, preparing estimates for design, technical specifications for projects and correspondence with customers. He is most proud of the quickly adapting to the United States codes and standards and continuing his career in electrical engineering. Before his present role, Mr. Tsepkov served as a senior electrical engineer for SGK "Sibirenergoremont" at the Krasnoyarsk CHPP-2,3,4 power plans in 2011 and became the lead for electricians at the site for the repair of electrical equipment at the Krasnoyarsk CHPP-2,3,4 in 2014. He subsequently worked as the deputy head of electrical department of the Krasnoyarsk CHP-1 power station in 2016 and took a role as the lead engineer for the Central Bank of the Russian Federation in 2019. To prepare for his career, Mr. Tsepkov earned a degree in electrical, electronics and communications engineering from the Siberian Federal University in 2010. He also received a Certificate of Achievement from PJSC MMC "Norilsk Nickel".
Looking to the future, Mr. Tsepkov intends to become a senior engineer, leading a team of engineers with his expertise. His ultimate goal is to establish his own business in the field of electrical engineering, with his primary interest in substation construction.
