His strategic acumen was also evident during his tenure as a strategic planner and project manager with The Joint Staff from 2010 to 2013 and as commanding officer of Combat Logistics Battalion 1 from 2007 to 2009. Throughout his career, Mr. Nathanson has been recognized for his ability to lead complex logistical operations and develop strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness.
The foundation of Mr. Nathanson's success can be traced back to his academic achievements which include pursuing a PhD in leadership, a master's degree in military and strategic leadership from Marine Corps War College in 2010, a master's degree in advanced military and operational studies from Marine Corps University in 2006, a master's degree in international studies from U.S. Naval War College in 2005, and a bachelor's degree in political science and government from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey, in 1991. These educational experiences have been instrumental in shaping his leadership style and approach to mentoring others.
Mr. Nathanson attributes much of his success to the mentorship he received throughout his career.
