Before his current role, Mr. Brecto began his honorable service in the United States Navy on active duty in 1998 until becoming a project manager for the United States Army Corps of Engineers in 2008. Following this time, he worked in the Naval Facilities Engineering Command from 2015 until 2018.
Prior to embarking on his professional journey, Mr. Brecto earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Gonzaga University in 1996 and a Master of Business Administration from Walden University in 2010. Well-qualified in his field, he is a licensed professional engineer with the Washington State Department of Licensing as well as a certified project management professional.
Within the coming years, Mr. Brecto intends to rise to the next level of leadership and development. His ultimate goal is to become a director of construction or development for a company, having gained a broad range of experience in the field that helps him understand all different facets of the engineering and contracting arenas.
