Mr. Steele formerly served as the chief operating officer for DeFatta Health between 2019 and 2022. Among other leading roles, he was a territory manager for Intersect ENT Inc. (now part of Medtronic), a medical equipment manufacturing company headquartered Menlo Park, California, from 2014 to 2019, and regional sales manager and ENT sales consultant for Acclarent, a medical device company based in Irvine, California, between 2008 and 2014.
Highly educated, Mr. Steele holds a Bachelor of Science in business management from West Virginia University since 1982 and a Master of Business Administration in management from Quinnipiac University since 1992.
