Mr. Ferrari handles the marketing, sales, article writing, public speaking at software events, prospect outreach, operational diagnostics, strategic planning and solution development for various issues. Through his stellar work and extensive experience, he has effectively cultivated a client base encompassing over 100 software companies, facilitating transformative projects for more than 70 of them and fostering advancements in organization and business development. Notably, he has collaborated with Microsoft on multiple occasions, including orchestrating product localizations along its third-largest subsidiary globally. He also worked with IBM on addressing some of their distribution channel management challenges, leading to the introduction to 3200 of their partners. Additionally, he has served as a consultant for Software Business Performance since Mondo Strategies' founding.
Before his present role, Mr. Ferrari worked with the Volkswagen Group in Latin America, co-led software products globally with SSA, and became the director of design and manufacturing for QAD Inc. in 1997. Following this time, he served as the executive vice president for products and services with Datasul, then the largest business software company in Latin America, from 2000 until 2005. He also became an instructor of Stanford University Continuing Studies in 2017 and created the content for his course in internationalization for software companies.

He himself was honored with a Professional of the Year Award from System Software Associates, Inc. in 1996 and with a Champion Award from QAD Inc. in 1998. He also received a Best Services in ERP distinction from Consumidor Moderno Magazine in 2004. He is most proud of his work on revitalizing a leading company with 10,000 customers after it experienced a stagnant period of five years, leading it to a fourfold increase in revenue. His innovations in knowledge management in the software industry also earned him an E-Learning Brazil Best Project Award from Micropower in 2004.
While developing his professional journey, Mr. Ferrari completed a continuing studies program in management of technical people and organizations from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He attained a Bachelor of Business Administration from Universidade de Taubaté in Brazil as valedictorian, a Master of Business Administration in Production and a second one in Marketing from Fundação Getulio Vargas, and was honored with the Academic Merit Award from the Business Administration Council of the State of São Paulo. His initial education in process management included the certification as ISO 9000 lead assessor.
Looking to the future, Mr. Ferrari intends to maintain his consulting practice while actively engaging in research and collaborations with organizations to evaluate and improve methods for the production and distribution of software products. Having always been dedicated to sharing knowledge, his consulting work allows him to be a source of livelihood as well as a source of personal fulfillment. Based on his training courses and the educational program he has developed in partnership with Stanford University, he also looks forward to teaching other subjects and publish additional books to the software industry.
