Based in Oklahoma City, Mr. Tesch is a journeyman pipefitter and the owner of T&T Industrial, Inc. (T&T), a mechanical contracting company, a state-of-the-art custom fabrication shop, and an industrial plant services company all in one. Comprising a team of more than 70 experienced fabricators, sheet metal workers, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) installers, pipefitters, plumbers, insulators, and CDL drivers who provide world-class services, Mr. Tesch provides customers with fast, reliable solutions. Serving a multitude of industries, from food plants and the industrial sector to health care, central plants, retail facilities, and much more, Mr. Tesch's portfolio has included the OG&E Muskogee Power Plant, Moore Public Works, Amazon, Nestle Purina, and Mom's Meals, a 200,000 square-foot food processing plant in Oklahoma City, among others. Managing the business alongside his wife, Jana, Mr. Tesch oversees all operations. He also collaborates with his team of fabricators and manages the construction division.
A leader in the industry for more than 30 years, Mr. Tesch was a steamfitter from Milwaukee who relocated to Oklahoma City. In 2018, he established T&T to support the need for craftsman shortages in the area. Since its founding, his company has grown exponentially, becoming recognized among the 5,000 fastest-growing companies in America. Mr. Tesch believes that T&T has been so successful so fast because of his incredible employees, their talent, and the positive work culture he has established. Looking toward future endeavors, he envisions continued growth over the next five years, with plans to double his company in size, enabling him to offer more opportunities, better pay, and better working conditions to many more individuals in the Oklahoma City area.
As a dedicated civil advocate, Mr. Tesch founded the Future Craftsmen of America Foundation. He also aims to become more involved with the youth, encouraging high school students unsure of what career path to consider and bringing awareness of the advantages that working in the trades can provide them.
Mr. Tesch graduated from the Milwaukee Area Technical College. He is certified as a welder, boiler operator, plumber, and HVAC/R. Additionally, he maintains credentials as a mechanical business, a boiler operator and installer, and an unlimited journeyman HVAC/R in Oklahoma, and he holds a government license for all refrigeration classes. To remain aware of developments in his industry, Mr. Tesch is a prominent member of the Associated General Contractors of America and the Associated Builders and Contractors.
