With over two decades of expertise in the aviation industry, Ms. Donald specializes in sales, customer service, and client relations. Since 2019, she has found much success as the director of client relations at Titan Aviation Fuels. Prior to this role, Ms. Donald served as the director of sales at XJet and transitioned to director of sales & client relations at Million Air Houston.
Ms. Donald began her career working as a senior customer service representative at Million Air Houston in 2004. In 2005, her father, Noel Donald, founded Everest Aviation Resources, the first fuel management company in the industry, where she gained experience as an account manager and inside sales executive. Following this post, she contributed to Signature Flight Support in Boca Raton, FL as customer service supervisor and was later involved in charter sales at Majestic Jet. Later, she took on the role of vice president of sales and marketing at Gryphon Aero Consultants, where she was the east coast sales rep for the EPIC Aviation fuel card program launch. Ms. Donald also served as a corporate account manager of the south-central territory at JETEX Flight Support.
Ms. Donald pursued her education at Arizona State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical Management Technology. Ms. Donald demonstrates commitment to her field through her participation in industry-related organizations, including the National Business Aviation Association, Women in Aviation, the South Florida Business Aviation Association, the Houston Regional Aviation Professionals, and most recently, as the golf chair for the Carolina Aviation Professionals Association.
Well-regarded for her contributions to the field, Ms. Donald has received multiple awards, including Best Customer Service Award within the Million Air FBO chain. Among her professional accomplishments, she is most proud of the accolades she has received from her industry peers, and the expertise she has gained while working in the aviation industry. The variety and depth of her career experiences have enabled her to gain extensive knowledge and understanding of the industry and make significant contributions to each of the companies for which she has worked. Reflecting on her achievements, she attributes much of her success to the experiences she gained at Million Air Houston and to her father, who inspired and mentored her. Looking toward the future, Ms. Donald aspires to expand the scope of her career and hopes to be instrumental in the continued advancement and success of the private aviation industry.
