Vasquez in the District of New Jersey. Upon graduation from law school, Ms. Safari transitioned to work in the Appellate Division of the New Jersey Superior Court in 2017 as a law clerk to the Honorable Carmen Messano, Presiding Judge of the Appellate Division. Upon the clerkship's conclusion, she progressed to the position of public contracts associate with Hawkins Delafield & Wood LLP from 2018 to 2022. Finally, Ms. Safari accumulated critical knowledge as a data security and privacy compliance attorney with the law firm Octillo LLP in 2022.
Impressive academic credentials further shape Ms. Safari's profile and include a Bachelor of Arts in international affairs from The George Washington University, which she finished in 2013. She subsequently earned a Juris Doctor in international law and legal studies at the prestigious Seton Hall University School of Law in 2017 before pursuing a Master of Laws in intellectual property and technology from Columbia Law School in 2021. Ms. Safari has also secured various certifications, including recognition from the International Association of Privacy Professionals as a Certified Information Privacy Professional for the United States and Europe, in 2021 and 2022, respectively.

She also maintains memberships in prominent industry organizations, including as a member of the Technology, Cyber and Privacy Law Committee of the New York City Bar Association. Additionally, Ms. Safari thrives on mentoring students and emerging leaders in her ongoing appointment as an Adjunct Professor at Union College of Union County, NJ, where she has been teaching Business Law, Contract Law and Tort Law in the Division of Social Sciences, Business and History since January 2022. In her free time, Ms. Safari volunteers as a Board Member for the New Jersey chapter of the Society for Orphaned Armenian Relief (SOAR), a non-profit which provides humanitarian relief to orphaned Armenians around the world.

REV. 809 (2017), which garnered over 50 citations in more than 10 countries. That year, she was also recognized for Outstanding Contributions to the Seton Hall Center for Policy and Research.
