Drawing on years of expertise, Mr. Gleisser most recently worked as the director of Economic and Community Development for the City of Richmond Heights. During the early stages of his career, Mr. Gleisser gained valuable expertise in the field with the Shaker Heights Public Library, the Council for Economic Opportunities in Greater Cleveland, the City of Shaker Heights, Miles Ahead Incorporated, The Buswell Group, University Circle Inc., and the Cleveland City Planning Commission.
In addition to his staff responsibilities during his career, Mr. Gleisser also served on the Belle Oaks New Community Authority's Board of Trustees, the Heights Regional Chamber of Commerce Board, Shaker Heights City Council, the Shaker Heights Public Library Board, the Shaker Heights Planning Commission, Hough Area Partners in Progress Board, and Cleveland Jewish News Board. Before embarking on his professional journey, Mr. Gleisser earned a Bachelor of Arts from Northwestern University. Subsequently, he received a Master's Degree in City and Regional Planning from Harvard University and a JD from Cleveland State University.
