Subsequently, she assumed dual roles as a Surgical Nurse and Surgical Nurse Resident Preceptor at the University of Miami Hospital, Miller School of Medicine, in 2009, where she remained until 2015. After leaving the University of Miami in 2015, Dr. Kazravan was recruited by Jackson Memorial Hospital, where she played a pivotal role in a major departmental accreditation overhaul and the conversion of a manual inventory management system to an electronic one. In 2020, Dr. Kazravan joined HCA Healthcare, initially as an Enhanced Surgical Recovery Program Navigator. Her dedication and expertise led her to her current role as StarRN Surgical Nurse Residency Clinical Faculty in 2021. Passionate about humanitarian outreach and philanthropy, Dr. Kazravan serves as the CEO, president, and founder of Orphans Worldwide, Inc., a nonprofit organization stemming from her individual efforts to aid children affected by the war in Iraq in the 1980s.
