Leveraging more than three decades of excellence in helping individuals overcome the deep-seated pain and emotional turmoil that comes with loss, Ms. Doubts has earned distinction as a spiritual resilience coach, relationship and divorce coach for Life's Next Chapter Coaching. Since 2013, she has focused her efforts on empowering individuals to recognize that they have the strength to navigate their struggles and emerge stronger without allowing grief to derail their lives. She has also served as a mentor coach and coach supervisor since 2015.
Outside of her primary career efforts, Ms. Doubts has been an implementation mastery session facilitator for the World Business and Executive Coach Summit since 2019 and has served as a mentor coach and PCC evaluator for The Institute for Integrative Intelligence since 2021. She is also a senior partner with The Wellness Universe, which she joined in 2015. Likewise dedicated to civil advocacy, she lends her expertise as a facilitator and co-founder of Hero Within, a program where she assists men who are feeling disengaged with their lives or are experiencing a mid-life crisis. She is also a chair for the International Coaching Federation ethics Independent Review Board. Carrie has been serving as a certified relationship and divorce coach, lead coach trainer and supervisor for Journey Beyond Divorce since 2015. Additionally, she was a dedicated volunteer for the Hospice of Cincinnati.
Before her current roles, Ms. Doubts began her career as the Director of Admissions and Financial Aid for the University of Southern California School of Music in 1991 and was the Vice President of Education Administration for the University of Santa Monica in 1997. Additionally, she was a member of the teaching faculty there from 2004 through 2016. She also worked in student coaching and advising, peer coaching and assignments review and evaluation from 2010 until 2014 and was the Director of Faculty Development in 2015.
Added to these roles, Ms. Doubts served as a mentor coach with iPEC Coaching in 2015 and became an executive coach for the Virtual Coaches Network in 2019. She is a certified grief counselor and coach for Life's Next Chapter Coaching from 2012 to present. Throughout her career, she has also contributed numerous articles to professional journals and was a contributing author for three best-selling Amazon books, "The Wellness Universe Guide to Complete Self Care: 25 Tools to Achieve Anything," "Mindset Mastery" and "The Wellness Universe Guide to Complete Self-Care: 25 Tools for Goddesses" in 2021. Among her professional accomplishments, she was named Coach of the Year by the Ohio Valley chapter of the International Coaching Federation in 2018. She also created a series of online courses that provide access to her expertise and carefully crafted materials.
To prepare for her professional journey, Ms. Doubts earned a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities with an Emphasis in Music from the University of Southern California in 1995. Following this achievement, she attained a Master of Arts in Spiritual Psychology with an emphasis in Consciousness, Health and Healing from the University of Santa Monica in 1997. She subsequently gained a Master of Spiritual Science in theology from the Peace Theological Seminary in 2003. Eminently qualified in her field, she is a certified transformational presence coach by The Center for Transformational Presence as well as a certified mentor coach. She is also a certified professional coach and grief counselor, among other credentials.
Within the coming years, Ms. Doubts intends to continue her work as a coach and leave behind a remarkable legacy through her extensive body of work. She strongly believes that society fails to provide adequate resources and guidance to people who are grappling with grief, causing many to feel lost and helpless. Through her work, she aims to spread awareness that healing from trauma is a journey that need not be endured alone.
