Before establishing her company, Ms. Lambert began her career as a Software Product Development and Delivery Project Lead for ADP in 1987 and became what would be equivalent to an IT Program Manager for JM Family Enterprises in 1996. Following this time, she was a Deputy Program Manager, Software Application Development Manager and Information Technology Delivery Manager for Lockheed Martin in 1998.
Ms. Lambert subsequently served as the Principal of Business Development for The SI Organization in 2010 until taking a role as a Senior Program Manager for business development for Vencore Inc. in 2014. She then worked as a contractor with Cigna in their Divestitures, Acquisitions for Endpoints division from 2021 until 2023. Prior to embarking on her professional journey, Ms. Lambert earned a Bachelor of Arts, with an emphasis in Computer Science from Temple University in 1985.
Within the coming years, Ms. Lambert intends to build a portfolio of a variety of companies that complement Foundations Analytics services. She also plans to obtain her license as a Certified Nursing Assistant in preparation for an urgent need for nurses, such as what she witnessed during the COVID-19 pandemic.
