Mr. Lintz is a skilled professional with more than a decade of experience. He has earned distinction as the senior director of consumer goods and industry advisors for Salesforce. Having joined the company in 2021 as the director of consumer goods and industry advisors, since 2023 he has focused his efforts on leading the processes, development, marketing and tools for various consumer goods.
Before joining Salesforce, Mr. Lintz began his career as a consumer product sales representative for Hormel Foods in 2008, earning promotions to an associate category analyst that same year, to a category development and trade analyst in 2009 and to a customer executive in 2010. He continued his career with Hormel Foods in brand management roles until becoming the senior manager of brands for Conagra Brands in 2016. He subsequently took a role as the associate brand director and head of whitespace snacking innovation for The Kraft Heinz Company in 2019.
Among his professional accomplishments, Mr. Lintz was listed on the 40 Under 40 by Brand Innovators in 2018 and received a Progressive Grocers Innovation Award. He was also honored with a Pacesetter Innovation Award from the IRI. He is most proud to have been part of a project for revitalizing a brand that had been declining for five years while working with Conagra. He was able to architect the plan centered around renovating and innovating the Healthy Choice brand, turning things toward a positive direction and providing Conagra with a template for how to inject legacy brands with more meaning for consumers. This also led to outstanding growth of over one hundred million.
To prepare for his professional journey, Mr. Lintz earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sales and Business Marketing from the Western Michigan University Haworth College of Business in 2008. Following this achievement, he attained a Master of Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas Opus College of Business in 2015. Eminently qualified in his field, he holds numerous certifications in international business, communicating across cultures and presenting data visually, among other credentials.
Within the coming years, Mr. Lintz intends to transition his role to the technology side of the company, allowing him to take on a role as a chief transformational officer or a vice president of transformation. This would enable him to be responsible for the scope of not only the strategy but the technology behind it. Also dedicated to civil advocacy, he lends his expertise as a student mentor to the Western Michigan University sales program.
