WELLS, ME, December 22, 2023 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Howard "Chip" Hall has been inducted into Marquis Who's Who. Mr. Hall is the majority owner of Cottage Advisors ME LLC in Wells, Maine, a respected real estate firm that has become increasingly recognized. Its original company, Cottage Advisors LLC, was founded by his father. During that time, Mr. Hall served as the company's Senior Vice President and President between 2007 and 2022.
Previously involved in four different entities, including Cottage Advisors LLC, Cottage Advisors of Canada Inc. Cottage Advisors MA LLC, Evergreen Commons LLC., and now currently involved in Cottage Advisors ME LLC and Cottage Builders LLC, Mr. Hall specializes in single-family residential developments. Working closely with land planners, attorneys, engineers, banks, and clients, while his team oversees all the details, he has successfully developed a remarkable, growing team, which has been instrumental in his career growth and the growth of the company.
Among his many accomplishments, Mr. Hall has been actively engaged in modernizing the company by incorporating a fully integrated CRM system and a project / vendor management system. Eager for the future of the organization, he aims to complete 45 new home builds in 2024. He draws tremendous inspiration from his father, who dedicated over 35 years of his career to the real estate sector. Choosing to follow in his footsteps and continue the legacy has given Mr. Hall a great sense of satisfaction.
During an earlier stage of his career, Mr. Hall worked for several other companies in high-level sales and leadership roles. More recently, he was the Vice President of sales for PhyFlex Networks from 2004 to 2007 and the Vice President of North American Sales for OpenTV Inc. between 2002 and 2003. Mr. Hall has notably been in sales since 1992.
Civically, Mr. Hall is active on the Advisory Board for The Dempsey Center. The organization specializes in providing free cancer programs, counseling, and support to those impacted by cancer, their caretakers, and their loved ones.
Mr. Hall graduated from Southern New Hampshire University with a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems and a Master of Science in Computer Information Systems in 1987 and 1989, respectively. As part of his continued success, he remains a member of the National Association of Home Builders, The Home Builders and Remodelers Association of Maine as well as the Maine High Volume Builder's Group.
