Working in international capture he has focused his efforts on serving as a "matchmaker" between a foreign military the United States government and defense industry regarding a variety of capabilities from unmanned systems and highly complex strategic intelligence assets to tactical communications. Todd creates and leads a multifunctional team tasked with finding the best way to fulfill the mission and create a true partnership between the company and foreign partners, guaranteeing the futures of their systems are going to be continually supported and the collaboration has the resources and capability for their missions.
Among his professional accomplishments, he received a Secretary of Defense Medal for the Defense of Freedom from the United States Marine Corps in 2006. He is proud of his team from the Second Battle of Fallujah, for which Colonel Coleman, the chief of staff for the First Marine Expeditionary Force, credited him and his team with preventing an additional 20% of casualties during the battle.
Before his current position, Mr. Alexander began his career in professional motorsports as an aerodynamicist until moving to defense after the 9/11 attacks where he began an illustrious career in unmanned aircraft and intelligence systems, starting as a UAV systems engineer, leading many deployment teams for the ScanEagle UAV for The Insitu Group and for the Boeing Company on a variety of unmanned aircraft. In 2007 he took a role as the director of flight operations with Swift Engineering on the Killerbee UAS. In 2009, he changed his career path to international strategy, business development and capture at Textron Systems. He subsequently functioned as the senior capture manager for special mission aircraft for Raytheon Intelligence and Space in 2016, earning promotions to the director of international capture in 2018 and to the campaign executive in 2022, before leaving Raytheon to join Ultra Intelligence and Communications.

Looking to the future, Mr. Alexander intends to advance his company's international portfolio and establish it as a technology powerhouse. He will also address room for additional security cooperation programs with foreign allies and is eager to continue exploring those opportunities, integrating the United States military with its allies better and help improve global defensive capabilities.
Prior to embarking on his professional journey, Mr. Alexander studied aircraft engineering technology at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Following this achievement, he attained a Master of Business Administration from the Georgetown University McDonough School of Business.
Outside of work, he is a Freemason, and recently launched an antique motorcycle import/export side business and lives outside of Dallas with his rescue dog Ollie.
