Prior to obtaining his current role, Mr. Manns worked as a program management consultant for the Office of National Statistics on the delivery of the most successful national census ever carried out in England and Wales, and prior to that as a senior project manager for DXC Technology, an international leader in the data and artificial intelligence solutions sector.
