He also received many technical certifications throughout the years as a Microsoft Applications Developer, Database Administrator, and Solutions Developer, and is an SEI-certified Capability Maturity Model Integration® Personal Software Process Developer.
In line with his profession, Mr. Aldana has sat as a member of the Federal Cloud Computing Advisory Council as well as the Defense Accession Data Systems Integration Working Group. He has been recognized with a multitude of awards, including several from ServiceNow, the FDIC, and the U.S. Selective Service System for his innovation and leadership between 2005 and 2022.
