Formerly employed by the organization between 2013 and 2016 when it was Scepter USA, Mr. Estep succeeded as a quality engineer and project engineer. Having garnered a proven track record for generating cost-saving opportunities in every organization he has been associated with throughout his career, Mr. Estep aspires to continue growing and earning a leadership role. Before joining his company, he was a facilities manager for Liberty in Joplin, Missouri. He also served as a director of facilities for the Peoria Tribe in Miami for the Buffalo Run Casino and Resort and was a regional facilities director for INTEGRIS Health in Miami. Among other opportunities, Mr. Estep was an adjunct faculty member at Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College from 2014 to 2016, teaching one of the courses under the new process technology program called Quality Process.

Mr. Estep received an Associate of Science in computer-aided machines from Missouri Southern State University in 2011, a Bachelor of Science in industrial engineering from Missouri Southern State University in 2011, and a Master of Science in organizational leadership from Columbia Southern University in 2022. Additionally, he holds certification as a Six Sigma black belt through Missouri Southern State University since 2006.
