Previously, Mr. Winslow taught within the public school district. He also spent decades in federal government service with the Veterans Health Administration and was employed by the New York Association of the Blind for over five years. Additionally, Mr. Winslow served in the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary for 20 years.
Mr. Winslow graduated from Rancho Los Amigos Medical Center, Downey, California with a Graduate Certificate in orthotics. He also attended North Carolina Agricultural & Technical University and garnered credentials with certification in prosthetics through Northwestern University.
