He subsequently launched his career in the hospitality industry as an estate concierge at the Estates of Old Edwards Inn, a historic hotel property, from 2019 to 2022. During this time, he is most proud to have established the hotel's personal concierge program without formal guidance, and to have exceeded all expectations in the course of guest interactions. Further enhancing his reputation for excellence in customer relationship management and white-glove service, Mr. Witt subsequently became the operations director at the Highlander Mountain House in 2022, after which he delved into entrepreneurship as the owner of The Highlands Concierge.
