Prior to his current career, Mr. Hawkins served honorably as a senior non-commissioned officer in the United States Army from 1984 until 1999. He served in several positions but is most proud of his time as a former paratrooper in the 101st Airborne Division and 5th Special Forces Group, accumulating more than 15 years of experience during this period.
Following his military service, Mr. Hawkins worked as an Associate Managing Director with Accenture in 2001 and became an Associate Partner for IBM Global Services in 2004. In 2006, he was a program manager, Vice President of global alliance and Director for strategic consulting services for the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic for SAP Ariba. He subsequently served as the Global Vice President of Supplier Management for Elemica in 2017.
Prior to embarking on his professional journey, Mr. Hawkins earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Hawaii Pacific University. Following this achievement, he attained a Master of Business Administration in entrepreneurship and internet marketing from Florida State University in 2001.
