Currently serving as the Founder and Operator of The Riddick Foundation, Mr. Riddick has been in this role since 2021. The Riddick Foundation provides service to Black & Brown communities through scholarship, arts advocacy, career development, and mentorship. Through his foundation, Mr. Riddick has established scholarships and provided mentorship to students and young professionals. His wife & Co-Founder, Angela Riddick, leads the art advocacy component of their foundation, which supports initiatives such as the Dance Theatre of Harlem. The nonprofit organization is dedicated to fostering positive change within Black and Brown communities. Along with directing his personal foundation, Mr. Riddick has extended his philanthropic efforts by serving as Vice-Chairman of the Alumni Association at Montgomery County Community College in Pennsylvania, member of the Alumni Council at Delaware Valley University, a board member for the Affordable Housing Centers of Pennsylvania, as well as a board member for Arizona's Chapter of the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation of America.
Mr. Riddick's professional journey in client account management began at IQVIA as a Client Account Manager, Patient Access from 2019 to 2021. Previously, Mr. Riddick held the role of Associate Account Executive in New Jersey for AmeriHealth New Jersey's self-funded health insurance from 2018 to 2019. His earlier roles include Coordinator of Field Sales for AllState Benefits' Northeastern Region from 2014 to 2018 and Analyst for medical claims at Allstate Financial Services, LLC in Pennsylvania from 2012 to 2014.
In his most recent professional role as a Client Relationship Partner at Namely since 2023, Mr. Riddick oversees managed benefits within the company. Before this, he was an Associate Director of Strategic Planning at IQVIA from 2022 to 2023, where he contributed to their U.S. Commercial Solutions business. He also held the position of Associate Director of Product Offering at IQVIA from 2021 to 2022, focusing on Patient Access.
He graduated with a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the Charles Widger School of Law at Villanova University, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Delaware Valley University, and an Associate of Arts in Liberal Studies from Montgomery County Community College. These academic achievements have underpinned his professional endeavors and philanthropic efforts.
The personal and christian values instilled by his upbringing have played a pivotal role in Mr. Riddick's success. Mr. Riddick's work has undoubtedly contributed to his recognition within the community and his receipt of multiple prestigious awards. He is a three-time Forty Under 40 honoree as well as being featured in New Jersey Biz, Los Angeles Business, and Forbes Morocco magazines.
In his personal life, Mr. Riddick enjoys a rich tapestry of interests alongside his spouse, Angela Riddick. He finds pleasure in fine dining, wine tasting, attending comedy shows, traveling and experiencing sporting events. Mr. Riddick's future plans include advancing his corporate career while expanding the reach of The Riddick Foundation by acquiring more mentees and establishing additional scholarship opportunities at diverse academic institutions nationwide. His long-term goal is to transition into full-time leadership within the foundation while continuing to share his knowledge and wisdom with the community through various avenues and platforms.
