He continued his career as a Quality Consultant for Pharmatech Associates in 2007 and took a role as the Manager of Quality Assurance and Good Manufacturing Practices for Garden of Life in 2008, earning a promotion to Director of Quality Assurance in 2015. He also served as a Contract Validation Engineer for Boston Scientific from 2007 until 2008. He subsequently served as the Head of Quality Management for Viva 5 Corporation in 2017.

To prepare for his career, Mr. Molina earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry with a minor in Mathematics from Universidad de Puerto Rico in 2000. Following this achievement, he attained a Master of Business Administration from Palm Beach Atlantic University in 2003. Eminently qualified in his field, he also obtained his clinical research associate credentials from Kriger International Training Center.
Within the coming years, Mr. Molina intends to increase transparency between consumers and companies within the industry, including his own. He emphasizes the importance for companies to be more open about their ingredients and production processes and prioritizes educating customers. He also plans to explore how technology can be utilized for the benefit of both consumers and companies.
