During the early stages of his career, he gained valuable expertise in various fields at the executive level with PolyOne, Nova Paint Club, Asian Paints, Innovation Tipping Point, Reichhold, Johnson Polymer, and Master Builders Technologies.
An expert in his field, Dr. Moukwa earned a bachelor's degree in applied sciences from Université Catholique de Louvain and a PhD from Université de Sherbrooke. Driven to expand on his professional knowledge, he also completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Northwestern University, an MBA in Finance and Marketing at Case Western Reserve University, a business analytics certificate at Harvard Business School, a machine learning certificate from MIT, and a future of technology certification from the University of California, Berkeley's Haas School of Business.
To remain abreast of ongoing industry changes, Dr. Moukwa aligns himself with the American Chemical Society. In conjunction with his work, he contributes to his community through his local church and Music and Beyond, an organization that is dedicated to help artists in the Congo.
In honor of his outstanding body of work, Dr. Moukwa has been recognized several times, earning an Innovation Achievements Award from Green International Coaching Asia and a postdoctoral research fellowship through the Natural Science and Engineering Research Council in Canada. Similarly, Dr. Moukwa received the International MBA Honor Award from the Beta Gamma Sigma International Business Honor Society.
