After serving in the Korean Army from 1984 to 1985, Dr. Park earned a National Technician Qualifications of Electronics Engineer, First Class, Certification in 1987 and thereafter became a wireless equipment engineer, first class, in 1988. That same year he earned a bachelor's degree in electricity and electronic engineering (26FEB1988) along with a master's degree (26AUG1998) in electronics, computer, and very-large scale integration and semiconductor engineering from Chonnam National University. Acquiring these degrees and certifications led Dr. Park to embark on a career in semiconductor, information technology (IT) and information and communications technology (ICT).
Over several decades, Dr. Park went on to earn numerous certifications and licenses, such as those specific to consulting, auditing, judging, and computation in his field, among others, to bolster his expertise. Alongside his involvement in the science and technology sectors, he has focused on creative efforts in literature and art since 1995. Beginning in 1998, he has completed English-Korean book translations and started writing and publishing his poetry, novels, essays, scenarios from Y.2002.
Coupled with his involvement in the written arts, Dr. Park has served as the prime professor and the founder of the Korea Information Technology Ethics Leaders' Association (KITELA) since the 11SEP2007, a position he plans to hold through Y.2043. Currently, he works as a prime 'management of technology' consultant, mentor, author, and professor at GL Group Inc. for the United States division, where he has contributed since Y.2012. Prior to joining GL Group, Dr. Park first gained experience working as a technology consultant and professor for South Korea's Ministry of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises and Startups in 1997, where he continues to lend his expertise today.
In 1989, Dr. Park began working for the Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute (ETRI) in South Korea as a researcher, developer, inventor, columnist, poet, SingerSongWriter of the rock band "Tele", pop-song DJ of ETRI broadcasting club, Tenor of DaeDeok R&D Complex's chorus club and creator, using his expertise toward Korean satellite projects, computers, software, firmware, ASIC/VLSI, and mechanical peripherals, among other focuses. From 2004 to 2023, he was a social contributor of IT-Ethics & morality, laws, policies, rules and regulations for the international standard and the Korea MIC government. Outside of his contributions to companies and institutions in his home country, Dr. Park served as an ICT policy advisor for the Philippines in 2009, e-Government technology for the Nepal in 2010, and Bangladeshi in 2011 before working as consultant of RFID/DTRS/USN/Linux server and clustering for the countries of Gabon in 2012, MPU/GPU/DSP/OS/Protocol/Information Protection and Security solutions and IT-Ethics educations for the Rwanda in 2013, Smart TV & Digital Media for the Vietnam in 2016 and World 4th Industry Revolution and National e-Tax solutions for the Vietnam in 2019.
Dr. Park's achievements and contributions across notable institutions and fields are many. Aside from winning various contests and prizes in literature of his 1st Novel 'Ubitopia' (Y.2004) and 1st essay writing (Y.2006), he worked as a researcher and developer of the first satellite Earth station and the 3G international mobile telecommunications (IMT-2000) mobile base station in South Korea. Furthermore, his nickname "the father of the Daejeon Convention Center" was generated from his 1st industrial policy advisor for the DaeJeon cityhall in October 2000 and his science mentoring for students was appointed by the DaeJeon Science High School as a godfather of science in 2015.
Along with his involvement in education, mentoring the youth, mentees and ICT students, a role he has held since 2004, Dr. Park served as a chairman of ITEP commission from 2007 to 2008 to develop the next-generation semiconductor standardization road map, the Korea national strategy technology road map in 2005 and the DaeJeon ubiquitous industrialization road map in 2004, amongst other noteworthy accomplishments over the years. Korea Microsoft invited his key-note speech "The future technology of Software" in its DevDay on the 17OCT2006. Thereafter, he returned to his alma mater to receive a doctorate (26FEB2008) in electronics and information and telecommunication engineering, thereby furthering the expanse of his knowledge in his field.

As he navigated his pursuits in the arts, literatures, technologies and sciences, he received awards for excellence in science and literature and art, including awards for his 1st painting in 1976 and his poetry in 1995, 2003, 2013, 2015, and 2019. Moreover, Dr. Park was honored with the Prime Minister Citation Prize by the Government of Korea in 2009, received the Social Contribution Award in 2013, the Education Donation Grand Award in 2018, and The Poet: Rookie of YuSeong Literature honor Award in 2019.
For his work as a consultant, Dr. Park is a multi-time winner of the Best Consultant Prize from the KMTCA and the Government www.MSS.go.kr of Korea, which he received in 2002, 2009, 2013, 2017, 2018 and 2020 year. Dr. Park received his creative Scenario Prize of the 5th ICT creative Idea contest in 2015 and his Culture Education Grand Prize in 2017 and his Education Culture Prize (8MAY2019) and his Education Contribution Grand Prize in 2019 and his participation prize of the social enterprise Idea contest in 2020. Most recently, he received an award from the 36th Information Culture of the Ministry of Science and Information and Communication Technology on the 15JUN2023. Within the fields of the literatures, arts, educations, sciences, and technology sectors, Dr. Park has produced a varied oeuvre consisting of noteworthy lectures, education & talent donation, mentoring, multimedia, books, news and columns, International Journal of IT-Ethics Literature and Art (IJITELA : ISSN 2983-0087), among other works.
Since 2002, Dr. Park has contributed to the "Science, Technology, ICT, Software, Consultancy, Mentoring, Education, Occupation, Policy and Laws, Standardization, World 4th Industry Revolution, Ubiquitous Revolution, Ubitopia Era, Literature, Art and Culture" books and its K-ITELA book series most recently, on the 29DEC2023 (his full 60th Birthday), authored the 9th edition textbook "Civilization of IoT Relationship".
