Mr. Beougher excels as the vice president of federal logistics, supply chain, and energy for Cypress International, Inc.

Previously, he worked in various roles with the Defense Logistics Agency. In addition to overseeing over $40 billion in revenue as deputy director of logistics operations, he proactively protected the agency's workforce during the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Throughout his career, Mr. Beougher also gained valuable expertise in the defense industry and leadership with the National Defense University, the Defense Logistics Agency, and the U.S. Military serving tours of duty in Bosnia, Kosovo, Iraq, Afghanistan, Germany, Korea and Canada. He served in significant positions which included Director of the Chief of Staff of the Army's Personal Staff Group, Director of Logistics Operations, Support Brigade Commander, Operations Chief, Battalion Commander, and Operations Officer. An expert in his field, Mr. Beougher managed an $18 billion program to obtain tactical wheeled vehicles and logistics equipment to support U.S. Forces in Iraq and Afghanistan. He led business operations for the Defense Logistics Agency during a FY19 restricted cash/obligation environment, numerous hurricane responses, support to the U.S. Response to the Ebola Crisis in West Africa and U.S. support to the Syrian Refuge Crisis in the Middle East.
Before establishing himself in his career, Mr. Beougher earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Emporia State University. Subsequently, he received a Master of Science in Material Acquisition Management from the Florida Institute of Technology, a Master of Science in U.S. National Resource Strategy from the National Defense University, and a DAWIA Life Cycle Logistics Level III Certification from the Defense Acquisition University. He has been selected to advise the Defense Science Board and as a fellow with the Defense Management Institute.
In recognition of his outstanding achievements, Mr. Beougher earned the Distinguished Service Medal, three Legion of Merit Medals, a Bronze Star Medal, Six Meritorius Service Medals, Five Army Accommodation Medals, Five Army Achievement Medals and numerous Overseas Ribbons and NATO Medals. As a Federal Civil Servant, he earned a Four Meritorious Civilian Service Award from the Defense Logistics Agency, the Distinguished Alumni Award from Emporia State University, Distinguished Kansan and inclusion into the Quartermaster Hall of Fame. While his career has been filled with standout moments, he takes the most pride in his wife and two daughters, thriving in their respective careers.
